[phew, wiping my brow....] so happy to hear the recipe was a success and that you even gained a convert! olives, as you know, are often a love / hate food item.

you are very welcome for the primer and i hope you try some of the others, too. marinated olives as per the video, perhaps?? i want to try some of those myself. i replenished my supply of olives this weekend.
